Aquashade is a mixture of blue and yellow dyes that are specially designed to screen out or shade the parts of the sunlight spectrum that are specifically required to aquatic plants and algae, thus effectively inhibiting photo-synthesis in young bottom growth and may even prevent development completely if applied early enough in the season!

Aquashade is the only water colorant that has been registered with the EPA for aquatic plant growth control!

Comes in a 1 gallon jug which will treat 1 acre of water with an average depth of 4 feet
