Parsons Returns PolicyEXCHANGING OR RETURNING MERCHANDISE
Please select your purchases carefully. Opened containers, broken seals and packages are not returnable. Used, damaged or non-resealable products will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges. Any return received by us that is opened, has broken seals, is damaged by customer or is not resealable will be returned to the sender.
All orders returned will incur a 15% restocking fee up to 30 days. All orders are non-refundable after 30 days. Any returns may be exchanged for full credit towards another purchase of equal value.
Money Back Guarantee orders will be given 100% of the purchase price less 15% shipping and handling fee.
Most manufacturers do not offer money back guarantees. Since we do not make these products, Store.parsonspestcontrol.com does not warranty or guarantee the effectiveness of products unless specifically stated on that products information page. Some products carry a money back guarantee through the manufacturer. If you are unsure of which product to get, give us a call we'd be happy to help you in any way we can from telling you which products are most popular, and even which products we would use ourselves. Any product or order that is returned will be charged a customary 15% return fee or the actual shipping fee - whichever is greater. This fee does not include return shipping costs by the purchaser. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender. The 15% return fee includes outbound shipping fees, handling fees, credit card processing fees, etc. No product may be returned for a money back guarantee after 30 days of the purchase date. Any product returned for a money back guarantee must include the original packaging, container, any unused product, original sales receipt, and must have a return authorization number. Returns without this criteria will be returned to purchaser at purchasers expense. International orders do not qualify for money back guarantees.
If your merchandise is defective or damaged upon shipping receipt, please contact us at 214-748-6690 to receive a return authorization number. Have your original receipt information ready to provide our staff with the invoice number. Please send your package back to us within 10 days of purchase and via insured and prepaid U.S. Mail or UPS (for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery). Shipping fees are not refundable; however, there is no shipping fee for product replacement. Credit card refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item. Please allow two weeks for refund checks if you have paid by check.
