Shipping Information
Shipping to US Territories:
Your package will be shipped either USPS, UPS or FedEx mail from our warehouse in Dallas, Texas. All orders shipped to any Texas address will be charged 8.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories will be charged additional shipping fees based on destination, size and weight. Furthermore, there may be some orders we will not be able to ship because of distance or cost. Additional charges apply if you desire express delivery. We will do our best to ship most orders received in our warehouse same day if received by noon.Orders processed are given to the carrier of your choice , they provide a tracking notice which we give to you via our system.COVID-19 Notice: all our carriers have stated that order delivery times are delayed due to high volume of packages . Meaning deliveries will be slowed at this time.

International Shipping Guide:
We will ship products to most countries (see restrictions below). We accept credit card or PayPal. If you have any questions regarding payment & shipping for international orders, please e-mail us. International Shipping fees are based on destination, size, and weight.
International Shipping Restrictions:
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes and customs restrictions outside the United States. Please check with your customs office if you have any questions.
- If for any reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund.
- You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package plus a international processing fee. Prepayment by credit card is needed.
Shipping Policy:
Parsons adheres to any and all state shipping restrictions. We do offer a shipping service to PO box with USPS priority mail. All aerosol cans and some live traps must be shipped by Ground only. Some insecticide concentrates cannot be shipped to New York, Connecticut, California, Vermont, or outside the lower 48 United States. If a product cannot be sold in a particular state then you will be informed of the restriction on the product's information page. Parsons will adhere to any and all state shipping restrictions. All aerosol cans must be shipped by UPS and FedEx Ground. they cannot be shipped by US mail or UPS Air.
Some products cannot be shipped to various states relative to that states law. So, we do not ship these products to those states.
